Reva Alexander-Hawk is a local baker with quite the resume’! Owner of Merci Beaucoup Cakes, Reva is a Food Network champion several times over, with three seasons on “Amazing Wedding Cakes” and more recently, “Cake Wars” on Food Network.
Reva Alexander-Hawk will lead a Cookie Decorating Class at Lake & Local on Wednesday, July 27, at 1 p.m. Participants will learn royal icing techniques such as dipping and flooding, and Reva will teach participants how to create a pretty rosette design. The cost for this class is $50 and includes six cookies, all the supplies needed to decorate the cookies, and the instruction.
Registration is required for the Cookie Decorating Class, as the maximum capacity is limited to 12 students. This allows everyone to have plenty of room to decorate and get personalized instruction from Reva.
