Lake Oconee Dentistry celebrates 24 years of business

This year marks the 24th anniversary of Lake Oconee Dentistry. Owned and operated by Drs. David and Patti Bradley, the practice provides standard preventative maintenance exams and cleanings, as well as a variety of cosmetic and restorative dental enhancements.

“Our practice has grown in the lake area and with the lake area,” says Dr. David Bradley. “It’s an honor to continue to serve the residents of this community.”

The Bradleys saw their first patient in Greensboro on May 11, 1998. Recently out of dental school, with only a couple years’ work experience under their belts, they decided to take a chance building a practice in an area only just beginning to show glimmers of growth.

Fast-forward to today and Lake Oconee Dentistry has become one of the lake area’s business success stories. The practice has grown from two doctors and one employee to four doctors and 29 employees, including eight hygienists. Lake Oconee Dentistry has been voted the area’s Best Dentist for 10 years running and has received regular recognition as a top dentist by area magazines.

Dr. David Bradley says the growth the practice has experienced over the last several years has allowed them to provide more convenient options and an unparalleled patient experience.

“Some people assume because we’re ‘bigger’ than other practices in the area, we can’t possibly be focused on the patient,” he says. “But as we’ve grown, we’ve added more team members. Our patients tell us that our large, well-trained team provides a patient experience that far exceeds their expectations.”

Multiple practitioners allow the practice to offer early and late appointment times, as well as same-day and Saturday options, so patients can always be seen at a time that works for their schedule. Additionally, regular training helps ensure team members continue to expand their knowledge base, actively solve any issues that arise, and keep the patient the top priority.

Reflecting on the practice’s anniversary, Dr. Patti Bradley says, "The last 24 years have been amazing. The people who live in the area are not only our patients, but we also consider them our friends. We're looking forward to keeping them smiling for years to come."
