The Classic Center Cultural Foundation (CCCF) has launched its annual community initiative, “A Heart for Art,” running through July 31. The summer-long program invites the public to donate art supplies to be distributed to Clarke County Elementary Schools for use in student creative projects throughout the upcoming school year.
Last year’s “A Heart for Art” campaign allowed the CCCF to donate 1,400 individual art supplies to Howard B. Stroud Elementary School to use throughout the 2025-26 academic school year.
The “A Heart for Art” donation drive supports the Cultural Foundation’s mission to provide and support performing, visual, and culinary arts programs in the local community. Suggested items for donation include crayons, children’s paint sets, glue sticks, washable markers, colored pencils, construction paper, modeling clay, sketchbooks, and child-safe scissors.
