A Greensboro woman was arrested on a charge of child neglect on Oct. 18 after her 2-year-old son was found wandering alone and unsupervised for the second time in a week.
No charges were filed after the first incident, but deputies arrested Ambria Zhane Wright on a cruelty to children/child neglect charge after the second.
