Greene County deputies may have interrupted yet another contraband operation delivering material into the Georgia prison system last week.
As a result, Heron Casper Coffee, Jr., 33, of Lawrenceville, and Kelsey Devon Foulk, 33, of Griffin, were arrested Aug. 12 and charged with possession of tools for the commission of a crime.
According to reports, Sgt. Christian Hall conducted a traffic stop on a blue Jeep Compass with a New York registration traveling north on Highway 15 near English School Road.
