Dear Editor,
I keep coming back to the Crown letter to the editor on accountability. It is sad, not amusing, when there is gloating over a person’s bad situation. We have all made bad decisions. Every one of us. No exceptions. So the current Trump political circus is nothing to crow about as being a deserved comeuppance.
I can understand the huge ego of a politician who thought he had the election in the bag. I would want to make darn sure the election officials had done their job. And I would hope my supporters would do the same. (Without me telling them.) A whole lot of ballot harvesting went on. So this is the big conspiracy theory? If so, they are lousy conspirators. Nothing about the election was changed by their actions. But they rightly got a review of the results. And a lot of people still think something was wrong. Are they conspirators too? Reports had a number of people coming to Georgia a month or so before the election and registering to vote since it was so easy. Wonder how many of these type voters went back to their states and voted absentee ballots? Am I a conspirator for questioning the outcome? Remember, a politician obviously wanting publicity and counting scalps is ramrodding this.
I love understatements like: “our President Biden could and should have done better.” Which referred to the Afghan disaster where Biden ignored his military advisors and got a bunch of people killed and armed the Taliban. Notice you don’t have to use a gun to kill a bunch of people. Just be a stupid or smart (scary to think smart) politician. Or, ignore Obama asking Putin to help him get re-elected. Or Hilary using her Secretary of State position to give uranium to the Russians and then using campaign funds to smear Trump and using the FBI and CIA to spy on her political opponent. Or Hilary destroying evidence of her illegal computer. Or Biden selling out to China. Or Biden opening Russia’s oil pipeline and closing ours in his first days in office. These are treasonable acts which are ignored.
Then we get down to Trump. He is the only one out of the bunch who did great things for our country. He simply doesn’t know when to quit. So, demand everyone be held accountable, and I am with you. Bring it on!
