The Madison Police Department arrested a South Carolina man on Nov. 29 on multiple charges after he was in an accident involving a pedestrian.
Terrel Nehemiah Davis, 24, of Columbia, faces charges of theft by bringing stolen property into the state, theft by receiving stolen property, and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
