Morgan County BOC proclaims Nov. 3 as Retired Educators Day

    With retired educators in attendance, the Morgan County Board of Commissioners designated Nov. 3 as Retired Educators Day with a proclamation during its meeting on Oct. 15.The proclamation followed Gov.
