Greene County deputies arrested an Alabama man on Nov. 5, after witnesses said a man hit a woman in the Flying J parking with a baseball bat.
Walter Lee Blackmon, 45, is being charged with battery and reckless conduct.
According to reports, Sgt. Joshua Wilson of the GCSO responded to the Flying J in reference to a domestic dispute that had become physical.
