    During its most recent meeting, the Madison City Council dealt with a financial shortfall created by a gap between a grant and a contract.

    The city recently received a $750,000 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) as a fiscal agency flowthrough agency for the Madison-Morgan Boys and Girls Club.
