    A legendary member of the Greene County law enforcement community has passed away.

    “It is with a heavy heart that the Greene County Sheriff’s Office announces the passing of K-9 Deputy Oby,” the GCSO said in a Facebook post on Nov. 6.

    Deputy Oby joined the Greene County Sheriff’s Office on Oct. 12, 2012 and was assigned to handler Lt. Patrick Paquette.
