On Sept. 19, Bryan Vega, 18, of Union Point was arrested on the charges of reckless driving and driving without a valid driver’s license.
On Sept. 19, Ronedy Lopez, 21, of Greensboro was arrested on charges of failure to maintain lane, open container, driving while license suspended and DUI.

MORGAN COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
Donald Swain Jr., 38, of Eatonton, was arrested on Sept. 17 on Felony for Possession of controlled substances (Possession of Amphetamine). A Morgan County Deputy found methamphetamine and marijuana in Swain’s vehicle.
Samantha Magen McClendon, 40, of Athens, was arrested on Sept. 20 on two misdemeanor counts of hit and run, duty of driver, and failure to maintain lane.
Melody Ann Sanford, 62, of Rutledge, was arrested on Sept. 19 on a misdemeanor charge for Criminal trespassing.
Javier Alexander Tirado Galan, 19, of Union Point, was arrested on Sept. 20 on three misdemeanor counts for DUI under 21, Possession of an open container, and following too closely.
Richard Wayne Causey, 57, of Madison, was arrested on Sept. 15 on Felony for Terroristic Threats and Acts.
On Sept. 19, a MCSO Deputy responded to a Ross Rd. address when the complainant expressed a domestic dispute after a verbal argument with her husband. The complainant additionally stated that her husband poured bleach on her clothes.
Shaniqua Hooker Monsuy, 25, of Stonecrest, was arrested on Sept. 17 on an active bench warrant for failure to appear out of DeKalb County.
A juvenile of Rutledge, 17, was arrested on Sept. 17 on two felony counts: Possession of a controlled substance (Cocaine) and purchase or Possession of marijuana.
A juvenile of Madison, 16, was arrested on Sept. 21 on possession/distribution of a controlled substance on school property.
MADISON POLICE DEPARTMENT
A Madison police officer was dispatched to the MPD lobby in reference to a stolen license plate. The complainant said the plate was stolen from the trailer of his truck while it was being repaired.
Lakisha Williams, no age or address listed, was arrested Sept. 12 on a larceny warrant out of Rockdale County.
A Madison police officer was dispatched to a local business Sept. 11 regarding threats. According to the report, a man composes several bizarre responses to a marketing text he received.
Devin Jordan, 29, of Fairfield Town, Ohio, was arrested Sept. 13 and charged with driving while license suspended and cited for expired registration.
Ashley Latorre, no age or address listed, was taken into custody Sept. 10 after an officer pulled her over for speeding and discovered she was wanted on a shoplifting charge in Oconee County. The officer transported Latorre to the Rainbow Store on Athens Highway where she was turned over to an Oconee County deputy.
