An Alabama man traveling with almost a pound of marijuana, which he said he planned to sell, was arrested by a Morgan County deputy March 27 following a traffic stop for speeding on I-20.According to reports, Deputy Hannah Rickey stopped a Nissan Pathfinder after determining its speed to be 90 miles per hour.
