Justin Davis, a dedicated law enforcement officer with 13 years of public safety experience proudly declares his intention to run for the position of Sheriff in Morgan County.
With an unwavering commitment to the community’s well-being and a 22-year resident of the county, Justin aims to bring a fresh perspective and unparalleled competence to the role.
Throughout Justin’s career in public safety, he has demonstrated an unyielding dedication to upholding the safety and security of the community. His understanding of law enforcement procedures, crisis management, and community engagement strategies positions him as an ideal candidate to lead the Sheriff’s Office.
“I am honored to announce my candidacy for the position of Sheriff in Morgan County,” Justin stated. “With my background in public safety and my deep ties to this community, I am committed to working tirelessly to ensure the safety, unity, and prosperity of all residents.”
Justin is a graduate of Morgan County High School class of 2009. He has spent his entire career in Morgan County, which began in the 911 center. Davis has held positions as a 911 operator, a city of Madison Police Officer, and a patrol Deputy, and is currently assigned as a school resource deputy for his second school year. Justin has served as an SRO in both the Elementary and Middle Schools.

I would build upon the transparency, efficiency, and fiscal responsibility of the Sheriff’s Office with a common-sense approach. As well as continually providing top-notch law enforcement services to all citizens and visitors of Morgan County.”
As the campaign unfolds, Justin intends to engage in open conversations with constituents, listening to their concerns, and crafting a comprehensive platform that reflects the collective desires of Morgan County’s residents.
By focusing on transparency, collaboration, and innovative approaches to law enforcement, Justin aims to usher in a new era of effective and community-centered leadership within the Sheriff’s Office.
