Kenneth Deleon Ward Jr., 31, of Athens was arrested Sept. 2 and charged with two counts of obstruction, two counts of terroristic threats and acts, interference with government property, probation violation and a tag light violation.
Vincent Daneille Walker, 39, of Greensboro was arrested Sept. 3 and charged with failure to appear and a probation violation.
