The Uncle Remus Museum (URM) in Eatonton recently received a new shipment of commemorative Christmas ornaments, depicting the museum itself as well as the historic Putnam County Courthouse with its Brer’ Rabbit statue on the front lawn.

These unique ornaments are the first in a series designed by Hestia Creations upon being commissioned by the URM board of directors.

A limited supply of these keepsake ornaments is available for purchase at the museum, open Monday to Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (closed 12-1 p.m. daily) until Oct. 31; then Nov. 1 to Feb. 28, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily, but always closed on Sundays.
