On Saturday night, the Swingin’ Medallions came to Festival Hall for the Circle Ranch “Help Heal A Kid’s Heart’ fundraiser at Festival Hall.
Founder and Executive Director Jody Sandwick thanked the sponsors and those who had supported Circle Ranch by attending the evening. Joshua Vaughn offered a prayer before the Swingin’ Medallions, an American beach music group from Greenwood, S.C., took the stage for a three-hour performance.
This event was a night of fun, music, and dancing. All proceeds went toward funding the first building on the Circle Ranch property at 1690 Old Union Point Rd., in Greensboro.
Circle Ranch, serving Greene, Oglethorpe, Oconee, Morgan, Newton, Rockdale, Walton, Clarke, Elbert, Barrow, Jackson, Madison, and Putnam counties, will be a working ranch where the children will help raise and care for animals and livestock. The goal is to teach them to live with discipline and responsibility.
Living in traditional housing with house parents, these homes will be filled with love and encouragement for children who have gone through more than any child should experience.
Circle Ranch is a non-denominational Christian organization. For further information, please visit their website at circleranchinc.org.
