LEAD Lake Oconee hosting inaugural leadership forum

LEAD Lake Oconee, a new Lake Country organization, will host its inaugural leadership forum, “Realizing and Achieving Your Dreams,” beginning at 4 p.m., Nov. 15, at the Luxury Lake Oconee Center (1011 Park Lane, Greensboro).

The event will gather area residents and some of the nation’s most-accomplished women executives for an interactive discussion centered around achieving dreams and how to be the best version of oneself. Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with experienced leaders, hear their stories, and learn strategies to improve their own career opportunities.

LEAD Lake Oconee’s mission is to provide a platform for mentorship and leadership where community members can learn from experts on topics that affect their personal and professional lives. LEAD aims to engage, associate and develop intergenerational skills and business development through a series of events.

“Luxury Lake Oconee is proud to host this inaugural event,” LEAD Lake Oconee co-founder Riezl Baker said. “We are excited to provide a venue for the community to engage and connect with local leaders.”
