Sheriff Donnie Harrison hosted the Greene County Sheriff’s Office annual holiday luncheon on Saturday, Dec. 21.
This luncheon is an annual tradition for Harrison as he looks forward to celebrating the deputies and the hard work of his staff throughout the year.
Harrison recognizes individuals for different achievements, such as Investigator of the Year, Deputy of the Year, Detention Officer of the Year, and Years of Service, among others.
Harrison thanked CK’s BBQ, Askew Appliance, and Jay Cline for providing the delicious meal for a luncheon.
Harrison recognized the following individuals for their achievements:
• Deputy John “Chip” Whitaker – Patrol Deputy Flag Award 2023
• Detention Officer Ethan Goss – Detention Officer Flag Award 2023
• Nurse Dana Brooks – Servants Heart Award 2023
• Deputy Christian Hall – Deputy of the Year 2023
• Sgt.Antavious Hall – Investigator of the Year 2023
• Beth Knight – Administrator of the Year 2023
• Sgt. Angela Robbins – Detention Officer of the Year 2023
• Tabitha Parrott –25 Years of Service
• Lt. Mark Fuller–20 Years of Service
