Harbor Club hosted “Back to the ’80s,” featuring the dynamic band Double Take, on Sunday, Oct. 6, to benefit Circle of Love.
Two food trucks were on site: the lake’s very own Dough Daddy Dough, serving Chicago pan pizzas, specialty hot dogs, brisket barbecue sliders, and Blue Bell ice cream, and The Burger Barn, offering small-town burgers with big-town flavor.
The Burger Barn food truck serves certified all-natural beef straight from their farm.
The event kicked off late afternoon, and guests danced throughout the evening to Double Take's continuous medley of songs. Silent raffle items were available, and this event raised more than $5,000 for Circle of Love, which is committed to making a difference to families affected by domestic abuse. Circle of Love serves Greene, Morgan, Putnam, Baldwin, and Hancock counties.
