Greene County deputies seized heroin and cocaine with an estimated street value of $5 million and arrested two suspects for drug trafficking at the Flying J Truck Stop in Siloam last Friday.

According to Lt. Lee Stancill of the Greene County Sheriff’s Office, the arrests followed an encounter with the suspects at the truck stop. Deputies obtained consent to search a tractor trailer and found 65 kilos of cocaine and seven kilos of heroin.

The sheriff’s office didn’t release any information about the case until Thursday night due to an ongoing investigation that involved other law enforcement agencies.

The sheriff’s office identified the suspects as Mario Maurico Campos-Balderas, 26, of California, and Ruldolph Gullermo Ramirez, 23, of Arizona.

Both men were charged with two counts of trafficking cocaine and two counts of trafficking heroin.
