Calvin “Cowboy” Jackson, 61, Eatonton, GA, transitioned into eternal rest on Thursday, April 23, 2020.

Graveside services were held at 11:00 am on Monday, April 27, 2020 at Jefferson Baptist Church Cemetery, 495 Harmony Road, Eatonton, GA, Minister Sidney Jackson, Eulogist.

Mr. Calvin “Cowboy” Jackson was born May 31, 1958 to the parentage of the late Mr. Willie James and Mary Jackson. “Cowboy” or “Cal” as he was affectionately called was educated in the Putnam County School System, graduating in 1976. He joined the United States Army where he served for four years, he then transitioned into the National Guard and later in the Army Reserve. Cowboy worked at Georgia Pacific until his health failed. He was a son, a brother, an awesome uncle as well as a friend to many.

He is survived by his loving family; sisters, Janice (Bobby), Sheila (Marvin) and Venita; Brothers, Sidney (Lula), Anthony (Mary Ann) and Willie; One loving Aunt, Mrs. Lillie Bell Hargrove, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and Friends.
